The employees and the manager, Marlon, at Waugh Chapel were incredibly kind and understanding. They suggested I call the Linthicum Heights location to cancel the order, which I did successfully. To my delight, Marlon filled my order on the spot despite the mixup. Their efficiency and kindness made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impressively quick. I cant thank Marlon and the staff at Waugh Chapel enough for their amazing customer service. Highly recommend this Panera Bread location for their thoughtfulness and efficiency! ”

“ Absolutely wonderful service. Ive worked in the service industry a while and I know how tough it can be to be enthusiastic all day. Ive come here many times and theyve always been very nice. Food is cheap, good, and the cafe is a great spot to get work done. Today I ordered my food with a friend and his little brother had a medical emergency we had to leave for immediately. I can back to grab our food after and they remade it to go without me ever asking. So sweet and considerate, thank you guys, you dont know how much that improved my day! ”

“ A great Panera location! The thing you really want to know are there outlets here so you can work? Yes there are! Ive seen at least 3 or 4 locations where you can plug in. Service is always quick, lines are never too long. Food is regular Panera quality food. They will come clean your table too eventually if youre working there for a while. See you there! ”
